"S-Stay, p-please," Keith mumbled, hiding his face in his pillow. Lance nodded climbing beside the small boy. Keith turned to face him, his face flushed as he looked at Lance, "T-Thanks." "For what?" Lance whispered, his breath close enough for Keith to touch. "B-Being by my side," Keith moved closer to Lance, closing the small distance between them, "I-I thought y-you'd all hate me." "Why would you think that?" "Ha," Keith let out a bitter laugh, "I'm half Galra. I share half of my DNA with a race who has killed countless civilizations, not to mention they kidnapped Shiro and Katie's family, and they-" "Exactly, "they". You didn't help them do any of that, right?" Lance touched Keith's forehead with his own, drinking in the feel of his soft skin. Lance is a frequent visitor to the Altea Club. He and his friends have known the owner since they were little so it's no surprise that they celebrate Pidges 20th birthday there. However, Lance is distracted by his ex-girlfriend being there as well and seeks comfort in alcohol and the only familiar face he trusts himself to be around during that time- Alters bartender, Keith. They go to the same college, and have the same friends. Despite Lance insisting in a rivalry existing between them, Keith cares for him deeply and from time to time, it shows. When Lance makes a move on him, Keith can't hold himself back and gives in. From then on, the air between them is full of tension and awkwardness, and their friends soon get fed up with it. There will be smut in every part cuz that's basically what this fic is about... xD They discover they like each other through it, as well as some fluffy scenes. The chapters are each roughly 16.000 words in length so... well. It'll be a four chapter book, do the math yourself. If you're looking for something short, look for something else. On the other hand, the chapters could pass as one shots... whatever. In cases you decide to read it, HAVE FUN!
