"Look," Zion sighed, leaning forward to gaze at me with his cold, unnerving eyes. "I know you don't want to hear the truth, but I don't give a shit. You have magic, Faye. And it's beyond powerful."

I paled at his words, refusing to believe what I had just heard.

"What did you just say?" I asked, voice echoing my disbelief.

"Do I need to spell it out for you?" He replied in irritation, dark hair falling into his eyes. 

I shook my head, staying silent. 

If this was true, then my life had just taken a dramatic, otherworldly turn which I wasn't ready for yet.

I'm not getting in there, not a chance. Zion approached me, his body dripping wet and he held me close to him."Forgive me." He whispered,I raise my eyebrow at him but don't get to ask my question and instead I am thrown into the water. "Zion!"
