A girl named Azuza Ayashi is a big fan of anime. She loves the show 
She kept tuning in to know if Naruto is going to be a Hokage. She also likes "Sasuke Uchiha" and ships him to Naruto's sexy Jutsu called "Naruko".

Naruko is pretty popular in the fandom and Azusa quickly becomes attached to it and becomes a fanfiction writer.

One faithful day, She was walking downtown to buy some food when she saw a mysterious scroll on the sidewalk. She opened it and is accidentally transported into Naruto's world with no memories about herself, the only thing she remembers is that she is not from there. 

Not only that, her appearance changed into her.

Into Naruko.
