When her boyfriend dies, Katie thinks that running away from the problem will save her. Her new life was off to a good start until she made the mistake of kissing her best friend, Chance, in front of a psychopath boy who only wants her to love him. As everything spirals out of control, a person from her old life chooses now to reveal themselves. The fate of her life depends on if she can correctly choose who is behind the threat letters, injuries, and other incidents: The psychopath, or the old friend.
Throughout this game of guess who, the teens learn that love really does hurt, mentally and physically.
