I've seen a couple genderbend fanfictions about it before, which were really good, but I thought I could elaborate more. Only Sora and Kairi are genderbent in this fanfiction. I do realize that Sora is a Japanese unisex name, but I associate it too much with a boy character to use it. Soraya is a Persian name that means "star cluster," which I feel fits perfectly, and Kai is a unisex name that means "sea" in Hawaiian, which also works well. There will be no POVs in this fanfiction. Kingdom Hearts is the property of Square Enix and Disney. Found inspiration for Kai's design on Google Images. (Copywrite is the last thing I want).
