Ben Tennyson, sophmore at Rysen Academy, the number 1 school in the multiverse for heroes, has become a student advisor. While doing a mission for the school in a dimension that resembles a combination of ancient and future Japan, he comes across an unusual girl who claims to be a sorceress. Feeling that she has potential, Ben decides to test her and accept her into the Academy. Soon, through an unusual spell placed by the young girl, Ben discovers the Shogun Aliens, new enhanced versions of both his normal and Ultimate forms that contain power exceeding even that of the Regal Seven. But the problem is...... Kurayami and Zs'Skayr also desire this power.
