The other boy is insecure, intelligent, fearful, silent and mysterious. And him instead, Shuichi Saihara, The Ultimate Detective, is the one where everyone trusts and who thinks it will be their salvation to come out. But what could happen if one of the two notices the attraction towards the other? Would that be something strange? Unusual?

He's usually well dressed and wears a hat 24/7, his silky blue-ish black hair hidden beneath it. He has a few admirers and is definitely more popular than Kokichi; A kid who keeps to himself. He has good grades because Atua forbid his parents find out he brought home anything less than an A, not that they'd be home much to see it. Rantaro is overly protective, inquisitive, and very.. Observant? He seems like an average kid to others, but if you get caught in one of his "stares"- Well.. You're not getting away from it. His light lime green hair is fluffy and well kept, and he wears a 3rd year uniform like his peers. He also has quite a few piercings- Most of which Shuichi was around for.
