The night sky was dark and beautiful. The stars shining brightly as if to say hello to the sweet young Melody Song. With her small pale hands folded together and her eyes wound tightly shut, she said the poem many children, and wishful adults, say throughout their life time. "Star light, star bright. The first star I see tonight. I wish I may, I wish I might. Make this wish come true tonight. Please send me a handsome prince. Please, please, Please!!" From down stairs, a voice the young girl knew all too well called "Melody! It's time for dinner!!" Jumping up as quickly as she could "I'm coming Mommy!" she replied scurrying down the stairs as fast as her little legs could carry her. What Melody did not know was that her happy little family, would not hold onto that happiness for much longer.
Meet Melody Song. She is a 17-year-old girl who just moved in with her dad and his new family. After a messy divorce between her parents and losing all her old friends, her mother thought it best if she went and spent the next two years living with her father as she finishes high school. She has vowed to not fall in love and be destroyed like her mother. With this new life comes a new school and a whole new world of possibilities and struggles. Will she finally decided to give love a try? Maybe. Follow Melody as she decides how she's going to live her new life.
