"In which a group of kids meet in a mental hospital, brought together to fight against an angry supernatural force - pennywise the clown."
Eddie Kaspbrak is caught in the world that is an adolescent mental health unit in his hometown Derry, Maine. Labelled as insane and schizophrenic, no one sees what he sees, until he meets a new group of friends, the Losers Club, banded together through shared mental struggles. The one thing they wish they didn't share in common, were visions and hallucinations of the same, red balloon possessing clown. Together, they battle to overcome all their personal fears, to destroy the dangerous, murderous terrorising clown, all while creating relationships and handling the day to day struggles of being mentally damaged in a heavily controlled environment.
"I'm not insane!" Eddie screeched, grabbing at his mother's dress. He tugged harshly on the cheap dress, begging for his life. "The clown is real! Please! He'll kill me in here!" He kicked at the nurses trying to take him. "It's for the best, baby." His mother attempted to reassure him, taking his hand. He sobbed, screaming at the very top of his lungs. "Don't leave me here!" As much as he hated home, a mental hospital was no better. Suddenly he was jabbed with a needle, a pumping ache racing through his arms. He gasped, watching his mother look at him tearfully. The world began to slow around him, and he began to weaken. He sobbed softly, watching the world close around him, the sedative taking course in his body. He lifted his head to the side, and the last thing he saw was a group of kids watching him pitifully.
"You have to admit, Richie. Connor, Mr. James, all the fights you get in, my mom being crazy, everything going wrong right now... the common denominator is me."
"How would you even know what the common denominator is? You hate math." Richie argued back, earning a small smile from Eddie. "The common denominator is obsessiveness. Not you Eds." Eddie smiled more at this and laughed.
"You're obsessed with me?" He raised a brow at Richie. Richie poked the inside of his cheek with his tongue, contemplating this before giving him a soft smile.
"Something like that, Eddie."

Secrets are no stranger to the Losers club. Eddie struggles with a past he had forgotten, brought up by a familiar stranger making an appearance in the midst of chaos. Richie learns to become comfortable with his own secret once Connor threatens to reveal it to the school. Connor is out to hurt him, to get revenge on Richard Tozier. But for what? Soon he realizes the way to hurt Richie, is to go after the thing he cherishes most. Something is off to group of friends and they begin to suspect play from a demon fought years ago, seemingly gone forever.
Change happens whether you like it or not. Something's can't die.
I own none of the characters. If you haven't seen It chapter 1 and 2 you're gonna be confused. A lot of the important details in this story are based off the two movies and the behind the scenes and deleted scenes stuff. Also some details from the book, although if you haven't read the book you should be okay.
Enjoy 😉
