Crescent learned from a young age that life is a fragile little thing, and now at 17, she's put in that same position once again on one hateful summer night. With wars and enemies coming at her from left and right, she tries to keep the last piece of "normality" she has in her life. But is it really "normality" when you're a monster, when you kill for pleasure and revenge? Human friends, supernatural friends, blurred lines and promises turned to lies.
