Dekker's Dozen: The Last Watchmen by ChristopherSchmitz
14 parts Complete
When a demon-possessed tree tries to impose its will on the universe, the future turns dark. But what does Dekker want? The leader of the only mercenary squad capable of standing in the enemy's way would be content if his ex-girlfriend and business partner promised not to stab him again. As he and his eleven teammates track down the intergalactic assassin who stalked his family for generations, they encounter Ezekiel, a mysterious man claiming to be a time-traveler and ancient prophet. Ezekiel claims Dekker will responsible for the annihilation of all reality--but worse, he knows all of Dekker's secrets: that he wields an ancient, celestial weapon, was once married to a terrorist, and is the last member of the Watchmen--an ancient secret society with one purpose. At Ezekiel's insistence, and with a super-weapon in the hands of warring armies, Dekker and his team must do the unthinkable to prevent the Sun's annihilation before his archenemy can bring what Ezekiel calls "the divine engines of reality" to a grinding halt--breaking all of existence--destroying all that is, will be, and ever was! Steampunk time-travel, cyborg ninjas, plant-spore-controlled unicorn zombies, a deep-space plague, ghost warships, alien cat-people, living planets, and star destroying Hassidic superweapons converge in one epic, but doomed, timeline. SKY OF PAPER: AN ASIAN STEAMPUNK FANTASY by MattTheNovelist
76 parts Complete
An intimate fantasy tale, told in the stylings of an epic Asian drama, inspired by sweeping Chinese tragic story-telling, and dressed in a fictional fusion of Far Eastern mysticism and elements of steam culture. Turn the silk veil on a world forbidden from common eyes where children sail airships across the sky, a young emperor faces the tattered remains of his empire, a warlord stands on the brink of total conquest, and a gifted young boy embarks on a remarkable odyssey of triumph and sacrifice. Terr hardly knew the incredible future that awaited him when, for the first time, he laid his eyes upon the ether, a mysterious force visible only to a special group of children who are endowed with the divine ability to levitate airships and change the very will of the sky itself. Like all those who shared in his supernatural talents, he would be thrust into a secret world steeped in oriental traditions, be revered by monks and priests, sold by eager merchants, and abused by a rebellious military, lead by an ambitious warlord that would seek to unite all under heaven. In his sadly fallible, yet all-too-human journey, he would face the corruption of the Imperial Courts, be thrown into banishment as the servant of an exiled son of the Imperial Family, and eventually suffer the terrible horrors of a world war, which threatens to end all he holds dear. But as Terr and his dying country careen into the depths of a world torn by vengeance and prejudice, he would come to discover that even a humble child of the sky can still change the course of fate. GATE - After the Final Unification (TNO Second West Russian War x GATE) by ZnajomyZnajomego20
36 parts Complete
After many years of warfare between Russian warlords, one emerged victorious. It was the Novosibirsk and Altai Federation led by Alexander Pokryshkin. After many years, Russia was united again and renamed the Russian Federation. (1972) Vasily Shukshin won the first election for President of this newly created country and his cabinet introduced numerous reforms from administration to climate protection. Finally, the country prepared itself for its greatest test. To war with the Greater Germanic Reich and its henchmen. Its aim was to recapture and save lost lands and people who were treated as slaves in the Reichskommissariats. The war began in 1976 and ended in 1978 with the complete victory of the Federation forces, along with the support of the troops of Kazakhstan and the Republic of New Poland. After months, the former Reichskommissariats were integrated back into the Federation. However, the President's office did not stop there. An uprising broke out in the General Government (Poland) under the leadership of the clergyman Karol Wojtyła. Similar uprisings broke out in Armenia and Mongolia. Once these countries were free of their oppressors, the Federation could set itself a final goal. Send its citizen into space. It happened in 1982 when Gherman Titov in the Soyuz 1 rocket flew into Earth orbit and returned safely to land. Then, on March 4th, 1983, on a sunny day, the Gate appeared on the streets of rebuilt Moscow.
