Living on a dangerous area in the Caribbean, Alexander Hamilton struggled through daily life. His father left when he was 10, his mother died from an unknown sickness. When he was 17, a hurricane came, destroying everything in its path. Including Hamilton's eyesight.

Even though he suffered so much, he moves to a new country. He makes a couple of friends. Actually, best friends. Though he's never seen their faces, he knows that they will always be with him, through the thick and thin.

Yet, technology thinks different. The news spreading around like wildfire. Society has advanced enough.

Hamilton decides that he would take the chance. What more can he lose?

*this is currently being edited* I am horrible at descriptions so I'm just going to put an insert from it for now: Alexander Hamilton had never experienced snow. Never. Growing up in the Caribbean he'd never had the chance. Never until he'd moves to New York. Sure, he dreamed about seeing snow. But he never imagined that it was so cold. Yeah, it was pretty and all, but it was way too cold. The first year was the worst, but each year made Alexander dislike snow more and more. John was happy, though. Growing up in New York, John was used to the snow. Alexander on the other hand, he wasn't used to snow at all, as he grew up in the Caribbean. "Hey, Lex," John said, walking into his and Alexander's apartment. Alex looked up from his huddle of blankets on their couch. "No," he muttered. "What was that?" John asked, cheerfully. "No," Alex muttered again. "What?" "No. I'm not going outside." Alexander glared at John. "At least not until Spring."

He's also an orphan, and he's been bouncing around foster homes since he was about 11. In all of them, he's been abused, one way or another. He's been in about 7 different homes by now, and his current one doesn't seeeem so bad. But you never know. He's 14, and and has been jumped ahead a few years in school. He will face many struggles along the way, but he will rise up above them to take his shot. And one day, he will blow us all away. Note: There is swearing, talk of abuse and suicide, some abuse (not a lot! only a LITTLE), and some school-level fighting so basically maybe just a fist fight or two.
