The relationship between humans and magic folk is tense enough to cut with a knife; but that never stops love from blossoming. Elise is an orphaned human girl, burdened with raising her younger sister even though she too herself was still a child. One fateful night, however, would change everything; saved from drowning by a young Faun, Faeyln, and this is where the story begins.
But the humans of the village and the Fauns who reside in the forest beside the village have a very... strained relationship, the borders Elise and Faeyln will face will go beyond the line, and crossing them will may destroy or strengthen the relationship between the two races.
