Three sisters were abandoned years ago by their parents. They were pretty much forced to survive on their own. Jessie, Melody, and Emily. Jessie, being the oldest took on the role of mom basically. Melody and Emily were the younger sisters. Melody being fifteen and Emily being eight. The three of them go through many struggles and have to find different ways to get out of them. They meet new friends and make new enemies along the way. Read the book to find out what they end up going through.
