Slowly, my mind ticks through the male soccer players in the school. None with that attitude are forthcoming, so I assume it must be sarcasm. It's very rare for any of the guys to be so humble about sports. And as soon as my head swivels and my eyes connect with his, I know for sure this is a joke.
