Crying silently is much more painful than asking for help. I need help. My demons are pulling me down. Drowning me more and more as each day passes. My burdens become heavier. My demises pile up. My disappointment arises. As I walk the pathway of a living hell turning to no one but myself. Myself

Hello, I don't write to inform you or to show you my life story. I write to show that you can move on from the past and let go.
