a safe space. often times we forget how important we are as an individual. my goal is to bring back that self love that might have diminished because of certain reasons. these are reminders that may help you not be so hard on yourself. you are loved This book may also include other important topics such as: self care tips, anxiety tips, distractions from certain things, etc. It will get better.
