The step father Hunter hasn't always been like this until one day he came home from work stressed out saying he lost his job as a lawyer. He started drinking everyday, and one day he hit Elizabeth it was just a small slap and he was forgiven. But as time went on he started punching and verbally abusing Elizabeth and the mother.
