Levi is 17 years old wanting nothing more than to feel freedom and protect her family from the capital. Every single godamn year in panem they host the games. The Hunger Games, she describes it as a death sentence to anyone who lives. It's supposed to be a celebration, it's not if people die right. The reaping is a rough day for everyone, parents crossing their fingers that they won't have to see their children fight to the death or die. It's broadcast over ever district all in one country where they are supposed to live in a "perfect" union. Levi is often a little mouthy to the rich people who live without the fear of fighting for a meal. She hopes this year she won't get called or worse her nineteen year old brother and her little sister Isabel only Twelve.
