In a world far away, where beings that are like us in many ways roam, a groundbreaking discovery is made. The discovery of a crystalline substance know has "omnishard" allows for the creation of magic in this world. However, with every choice, there is a consequence. A rogue group of Omnishard wielders seeks to destroy the entire planet by releasing an ancient being known as Zannos. Meanwhile, a new power is being birthed. Literally. A boy named Cenn Carter is born into a family of harpies, human-like creatures that look exactly like a human, except they have wings and bird feet.
