Chestnut was just a simple soldier in the SandWing war of succession, trying to keep his sibs safe. A loyal and successful soldier. That all changed when the letter arrived. The letter that told him and his sib group to go to a meeting. It was supposed to be a normal meeting, just something to figure out what course of action to take in the war that was tearing apart the continent. But when Chestnut is accused of treason, how can he survive a world that is out to get him? Will he even be able to go back to his tribe? This story is a fanfiction of Wings of Fire by Tui T. Sutherland. Rights go to her. The original things are the most of the characters and part of the plot. This story includes spoilers for Winglets #2: Assassin as well as books #1-5 of Wings of Fire. A Wings Of Fire story that takes place in the depths of the Sky'wing Kingdom, following the story of a powerful hybrid dragonet who has to fight in the infamous arena regularly for most of his life, until... ? This a story based on the book series Wings Of Fire, obviously. In this universe, most of the canon events didn't happen, and are instead replaced by my own original stories and characters. No canon characters from the books exist in this world. There is at least one fantribe in this world, that fantribe belonging to me. Mud'wings don't exist in this world, because i have an unexplained hatred for them. WARNINGS: • Violence + blood • May contain explicit / aggresive language / Mild swearing, etc. • May contain character death / drama, etc. You may: • Draw fanart of the characters. • Write about the characters. All while he tries to keep his true identity a secret from his new friends. But when something starts to pull the strings on his mind and the world around him, it's clear something much more sinister is on the horizon. As such, he finds himself risking it all to save a world he's not even supposed to exist in. As well as having to choose. Whether living life as dragon... I accept any ideas and Constructive criticism (don't be too harsh please) so come along for the ride.
