Fireflies

Every year 5000 digits are killed. Digits are what we now call humans,due to the fact that someone has found a way to change a human's DNA by a simple click of a mouse.

Some digits have mutated into what the Government call 'Fireflies', Fireflies are simply digits that have powers that can be used against the Government. Most of the 5000 digits killed every year are the fireflies. Riley also happens to be a firefly that has been chosen to be killed.

But when she is kidnapped on the day of her execution she may just find out what the Government has been hiding. But what exactly happens when you mix the Government, digits, Fireflies, and love?
