Thine Infant Heart
Once a free and happy heart, now
Host battles, pioneered by the ones
Thought to be trusted, yet
Unseen.
Thine heart pured,
Thine heart bitters!
It has been layed in a thinking coma,
Deep to the deepest deep.
It has been inflicted with a trauma,
Hence it's inflictions heep.
Thine heart pured,
Thine heart bitters!
Its pains arrive like gentle cataclysm,
Prompting thine heart's burn.
It's lacerations settle with distorting egotism,
Thus, a bittered heart born.
Thine heart pured,
Thine heart bitters!
But for its time doctor stay,
Let its optimism sway
So its hope struggles not dismay.
Thine heart bittered,
Thine heart pures!
