I'm running. I look behind me but I don't see anything. But I keep on running, not daring to stop to catch my breath. I can hear it. It's still behind me. I turn left. Something touched me. I turn around and I can feel them getting getting closer to me. Breathing on my shoulder. I'm trapped! I have nowhere to go. I am going to die. The cover was from @ask4jamie. Thanks so much Sissy!!!! I was made to serve him. I was made to heed his every beck and call. I was dutiful, obedient, proud of my servitude regardless of what the others thought of me. He was powerful, and he made me powerful, too. It was honorable to be his right hand, to be able to execute his orders to perfection. I thought I had done well in this position. The dragon girl (Completed)
Suddenly there was a huge roar. I take a step back covering my ears, my head spins, it is so loud I can't hear myself think. I stand at the mouth of the cave that yawns wide open on the side of a cave. Its big, bigger than a mountain lion bigger than a bear. And I am about to walk into it's cave. But I HAVE to find out what it is. What if there IS a dragon? It will eat me for sure. but I keep going, I just need to make sure it doesn't see me. I walk to this opening as the path split in two edging me across the wall. I will be careful, silent, it will never know I was even here. There is a rocky cliff side and a drop. I look up from my thought and my eyes lock with gleaming golden eyes. I freeze every muscle in my body locks and I can't move. Towering taller than a building stands something I never thought could exist. A dragon. My heart pounded in my ears as my blood ran cold.Complete
Transcendent Thirst
"What I was going to say was selfish..." He mumbled. I edge closer to him until my hand slowly cradled his cheek. Tilting his head up to look at me. "Please let me know what it was." I beg him pathetically. He begins to chew his lip and that's when I knew he was nervous. Nervous about what? I'm not exactly sure. "With everything I said...I was going to say at the same time...never...leave me." He confessed painfully almost. That's when I lost all sense of control and pressed my lips onto his. Kissing him with all my strength and all the built up desire that's accumulated. I continued to kiss him until at some point my tongue made it's way into his mouth. Tasting a sweet flavor that I've never encountered. As I got deeper in the kissing I feel myself fly back into a tree. Slammed against it that I felt myself lose my breath. Trying to catch it, I look up at Achille. His eyes were now a crimson red that intrigued me. He shook his head and suddenly he was gone in a blur. Confused, I stood as I had to pop my back from the hard hit into the tree. Looking in the direction Achille ran off, I knew I couldn't see him because it'd be a blur. Always thought it was fascinating how when he runs you can't see it. Being a vampire must be...fascinating. Yet he makes it out to be hell. I can't understand that kind of complicity of being a vampire and the issues. I get it, they drink blood. Though there's multiple things beside humans that offer blood! He acts like it's so horrific. I would love to know what it felt like for a day. Just one day...Complete

Alone. Naked. Cold. Covered in blood that is just as likely to be mine as someone else's. I don't know who I am, where I am, or what I'm running from. All I get are flashes, snippets of dark shadows, sneering faces. Pain always follows these nightmares, these memories. I was found, taken in, but I have no way of knowing if I only escaped the frying pan just to jump into the fire. I don't understand these people, these wolves. They don't understand me, either. Our words mean nothing to each other, they're no more than sounds. We use gestures, facial expressions, body language like the beasts we seem to be. There was a howling in the distance. I ran for my life. Why is the happening to me. I stopped. Right in front of me was a big black wolf with a white patch of fur on its chest. It's golden brown eyes stared at me peacefully then began to growl. I turned and saw the one chasing me. It was all brown. It was smaller then the black one. The black be jumped over me and fought with the other. I took my chance and ran. When I was almost out of the woods one of them jumped on top of me and I turned around to see the brown one on me. the black one then jumped on it ad they rolled away. I got out f the woods with some scrapes and bruises. I looked back at the woods and saw the golden eyes stare back a me. Then I woke up.Complete
