The secrets behind the Titans, Titan-shifters, and ghouls had always spilt over the curiosity built in the minds of humanity and their progeny for centuries. The world was never the same after their arrival; years of battle and fighting for survival, torture and pain for all those who lost many close to their hearts, and the constant uncertainty about what will come next when they open their door. This was for centuries... until the walls. They surved as a supportive protection for years, along with their military inforcements, until the human race found out about the creations of Titan-human hybrids that lived among them inside their supposedly "unbreakable" barrier between them and the destructive outside world.

Oh, but there was still so much that had to be found lurking underneath their noses. For the truth was hidden away from them for so long. Only the feedle hearts that were intrusted to the truth knew what was standing in the shadows of their world, watching them as if admiring a painting in a golden frame of obliviousness.

This story's setting is placed inbetween futuristic and past, where the people inside the walls have a limited use of technology like the usual Attack on Titan anime but the outside forces have a lot more futuristic or modern technology at their deposal like in usual Tokyo Ghoul settings.
