Mavis Michelle Adams is a girl who has an abusive father and her only lives with her kind hearted mother. Her father is trying to get back into her life to ruin it once more

She gets bullied for whatever reason and has been for a long time, but one day a curious boy name Theodore Russo, is new to the school and the neighborhood and is trying really hard for mavis to open her heart a little so he can get through.
