When she turned it on, the machine malfunctioned and turned the girls into toddlers. When Mr. Borg discovered this, he wanted to run to the ninjas but if he did, they will never forgive them he can't reverse it. So he called Misako and Master Wu for help to keep it a secret and turn them back to normal.
