This is a series of Short Stories I wrote on my daily train commute to and from work. A starship captain confronts a duplicitous prisoner on her ship. A traveller lost in the woods meets unexpected help. On trial for her scientific knowledge a prisoner laments the world she lives in. A displaced people make their final stand in an old fortress against an encroaching colonial army.Complete
