People think she is crazy. They say she has a syndrome; the Stockholm syndrome to be exact. 

Taylor thinks they’re wrong. It is not a syndrome - it is a natural thing. Everyone will experience it once in their life. To her, it just happened to be a little different. Twisted, some would call it.    

The only thing she did was fall in love.    

Taylor and her best friend happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. A gang, who was in desperate need for their help, kidnapped them and brought them far away from their homes in Canada.  

After being held hostage for months, Taylor starts to see that her captor isn’t that bad… and maybe just a tad attractive.

He would never hurt a fly, but when something happened to him when he was young, he changed. Zayn became a rebel, he started doing things just to make other people feel the way he did. He wanted revenge. Zayn doesn't know what love is. He doesn't know how to love. But Ashley, she has the biggest heart and will love someone no matter what. What happens when these two worlds collide? But is that necessarily a bad thing? When you understand every bit of them and see their true selves that they don't show others. When you see, just how broken they are as you.
