Jack is your typical young attractive career climbing business man. His career is very important to him. He takes pride in his appearance and what people think. Miranda is his beautiful, smart, kind wife. They are each others world. Both with successful careers and the lively-hood to show for it they seem to have the perfect life. The only thing missing is the one thing that could kill Miranda. A baby. When Miranda finds out she's pregnant and begins to have life threatening complications it's up to Jack to make a choice that can save both Miranda and the baby, but can destroy everything Jack has worked so hard for. It could be an experience that will change Jack forever.
