Day has never been in trouble until one night someone draws a gun and shoots a man and then shoves the gun in Day's hands and takes off leaving her with it when the police arrive. She does what most people would do and drops the gun and books it. Instead of being sent to juvie she is sent to a boarding school for troubled teens called Gooding. She instantly adopts an I'm a bad ass attitude so she won't seem weak infront of her delinquent school mates. She doesn't really talk to anyone but a boy named Spencer who even though had a tough life growing up is still kind and caring. Then she meets Chase Lovelace, a teen movie star, who is arragent and egotistic, an asshole and a pervert. She can not stand him and he can't stand her, for one thing she didn't even know who he was and for another she has flippant attitude towards him which ticks him off majorly. As Day puts up her front more and more the easier it is for Chase to see through it. “I’m sorry Chance, but I have no idea who you are.” “It’s Chase.” “What’s the difference? Chase, Chance? They sound the same to me.” - Day and Chase.
