An eponymous being is haunting the town of Derry, Maine. The small children are mysteriously disappearing. Harlow Everett is the new girl who moved from Lafayette, Louisiana to Derry, Maine to live with her Aunt after the tragic death of her parents before the children started going missing. The death of Daniel and Cloe Everett crushed the girl completely.
