Oliver Pierce lives in an unpleasant neighborhood. People killed in the streets in broad daylight, homeless people on every corner, and has the world's strongest and biggest Mafia group living there.
Oliver Pierce is currently living in that neighbor and is known as the boy with the angelic face all around town. After the murder of his parents at the age of 9, he's been living alone on those horrible streets.
He's a thief struggling to survive. He steals from food markets, jewlery stores, and pickpockets people passing by. He's so use to stealing and being on the streets for so long (7 years to be exact) that he became a pro.
