My name is Tris Prior, I got shot and I died. But I survived.
It has been two years since Tobias, Chris and the others returned to Chicago. They have restored the faction system, but added a faction named Factionless. There the ones that don't fit anywhere, or Divergents go if they don't know what to choose. They saw Tris's body and now Tobias is heartbroken, cold. He hasn't seen his mother since they returned to Chicago, and doesn't want to either.
I woke up, I woke up after two years years. And now, now I'm gonna come back.

This story is a different ending to Allegiant. In this story, Tris never got shot and all the people who died aren't dead. Al is still dead though because I don't like him. Tris and Tobias have a perfect life. They have a healthy relationship and they train initiates together. Their life can't get better! But can it get worse? ~ Adding a new twist to the infamous series Divergent by Veronica Roth ~ When Evelyn Johnson, mother of Tobias Eaton and wife of Marcus Eaton, fakes her death in order to escape the domestic abuse of her husband, she flees to the Factionless in hopes to find a haven. She's met with uncertainty and guardedness from the very people she used to support by providing basic survival supplies. Up until she reveals a secret that changes - and will change - everything: she's pregnant. She asks the Factionless for their help and they oblige out of sympathy once she recounts the trauma she went through. Astrid Johnson grows happily among the Factionless - she makes friends and feels included in the community, but her existence remains unknown to her father Marcus and her brother Tobias. Evelyn tells her their story and trains her from the earliest age to run, climb, fight, and also jump on and off moving trains. She raises Astrid with the idea that at age 16, she will join Dauntless and secretly look out for Tobias, whom Evelyn mostly lost sight of. Evelyn sees it as the only way to reconnect with her long-lost son, wishing he would join the boiling revolution among the Factionless. Except that obviously, things don't always go to plan. And infiltering the Dauntless under a false identity while under the terrifying scrutiny of Dauntless leaders is a near-suicide mission. ⚠️ TW: dark themes, such as domestic abuse, bullying, suicide, abusive authority figures, violence, drugs, sexual encounters... but graphic scenes are kept to a bare minimum to respect the tone of the original series ⚠️

Have you ever wondered what Divergent would be like if told by the character of Tobias Eaton? What would be his views of the Dauntless initiation? What would he think about Tris, about society? This story is the first novel of the Divergent series written by Veronica Roth, only in Four's Point of View. I am currently revising this story since it was written more than a year-and-a-half ago and has a lot of mistakes. Someday, our combined efforts to reach each other again will lead us both into the abyss." After an overthrow of the unwanted factionless government, the war in Chicago is over. To maintain stability, the faction leaders decide to return to the faction system. Because of this, the sixteen-year-olds that chose that year are sent back to their former factions for nine months. Tris falls into a state of depression after the war and her impromptu breakup that occurred at the end of it, and returning back to Abnegation--to the same house as her traitor brother--doesn't help. Tobias remains in Dauntless, but while he isn't exactly despondent, he does feel out of place. He doesn't fit in and cannot go on with normal life after everything that happened. Then, Choosing Day arrives. And history definitely does not repeat itself when Tris goes through the initiation process with her old friends and enemies, her ex-boyfriend, and the new sixteen-year-olds, while citizens of Chicago are mysteriously dying. Second book is now up on Wattpad! "One Choice." [DISCONTINUED] - Sorry || In the last book of The Divergent Series, Allegiant, Tris doesn't die. She kills David before he can kill her and releases the serum. Soon after, she moves into the city with Tobias and some of the other refugees. They find out that they will be expecting but the plan for a family is cut short when they are kidnapped, brought to The Milwaukee Experiment, and are wiped of their memories. Tris' memory is spared due to her divergence but no one knows. She will have to escape the city with the ones she loves in order to create a lasting future for her and her child. With some bumps in the way... {DISCLAIMER} This is a fanfic and it is based off of the book and movie series The Divergent Series which is written by Veronica Roth. This fanfic starts after the last book of the series Allegiant. I created a few characters but most of the characters in this fan fiction I do not own.
