This story is about a girl named Faith she is starting the eighth grade next year. She is pretty shy but when push comes to shove she can be braver than boys. She has a secret that no one should ever know... She meets two girls who she couldn't talk to at first because she was to shy, but she brought her courage to talk to them. She then meets the cutest guy in 12th grade his name is Apollo. At first they have kind of a rivalry because Apollo doesn't know how to talk to girls so he made fun of her. But what Faith doesn't know is that her two new friends May and Lucy and also Apollo the cute guy in school are keeping as big a secret as her.

My gaze traveled to his eyes, where I found two deep ocean blue eyes looking at me. I kept going further down to his too crooked nose to be called straight, which I assumed came from too many fights. His skin was tanned, but an olive tone suggested he had a natural darker complexion to begin with. My eyes finally found his pink, very plump lips which were resting slightly open. His lips jerked up into a lopsided sneer as his hand snapped back to his side. The sudden movement left my back cold, as if his palm had been a source of warmth. "You've got to be kidding me!" His tone dripped with disgust. My eyes turned to questioning as I looked back up into his eyes. I brought my hand up to rub my nose, squinting at the slight pain. "What the hell." He grumbled. "I, Jay Julian, reject you as my mate." He, or Jay, said with venom lacing his voice. He quickly turned and walked down the now vacant hallway with no glance back. Rejection? What the hell was that?
