Dead city radio

Far up north in a rural area surrounded by huge dark trees and forest, a small town sits with seemingly brain washed people, no one ever leaves the town or ever comes in. There was only two "normal people" one teenage boy and the mysterious man on the radio show, he talks about the outside world and how messed up rivercreak is. The teenage boy has a special power to see and touch monsters that are invisible to humans. His already light blue/white eyes can turn pure white and somewhat control humans.., shit is gonna go down (I got this idea from a friend who role plays a story like this)
