But instead, she spent her days in class sneaking glances at him, and getting any chance to talk to him no matter how nervous she gets. Cassiopeia tries her very hardest to hide her crush from the glasses eyed boy. That isn't the case for Richie, though his crush on the girl only started in the sixth grade, he flirts with her at any chance he's get's. Which isn't much, due to their completely separate lives. Its Leah again here to rant about how obsessed I am with the new kid from NYC. He has such a bad boy vibe, not to mention all the rumors floating around town about why he got sent here. We don't get a lot of excitement around here in this small town. I spend most of my time as a ball of anxiety, but painting helps. This story is about a high school girl that has a crush on the new kid that just came to town from New York with a dark backstory. Not only does she have a new crush in town but there are a bunch of other secrets that have been coming to light with every sunrise the town sees. This town might be small but boy is there a lot of drama. The town police don't know what's worse, the splayed out animals or the missing high school girls. Leah doesn't know what to think as the town she knew as her home falls to shambles. Will she fall with the town or will she run away with the mystery man she has a secret obsession with.
