A girl who has power of emotion shown through her eyes is captured by her uncle who plans to use her magic to say a bomb and destroy the world, but a man used his ring power and created a shield keeping a village safe. Everything outside the Shield was killed or magically turned into mythical creatures you could only hear about in your childhood story books. The mystery man started a school for children who survived to go to and learn how to use there inherited ring from there parents that gives them magic or weapons.
