Klaus and Hayley think that a life in New Orleans is to dangerous for their 7 year old hybrid child stiles, so Klaus has a group of witches put a spell on Stiles so he can't use any of his werewolf or vampire supernatural abilities until the spell is uplifted. Klaus compels young Stiles to forget everything he knows about the supernatural world, brings him to a small town called Beacon Hills, and he leaves him at the police station for the sheriff to find.
10 years later, Stiles is 17 and he is involved with all sorts of supernatural beings. Stiles soon discovers that he's not a weak human, he's a powerful hybrid.
