Arisa doesn't remember what happened to her or where she came from other that she looking for mother with her younger sister who she vaguely remembers other than she has the same exact royal blue hair as her.  Until one day she stumbles into the town of Magnolia that happens to be home to the wizard guild there Fairy Tail. 

Where she ended up running into the master of the guild and offered her a home and to train her on how to use her magic. From that point on Arisa vowed to return the favor one day and to become one of the powerful Wizard in the country to keep them safe.
