Susan Borrow, mother of Jackie Borrow; the 4 year old son she had lost; is the crazy lady of the town.

She refuses to believe that her son has unfortunately passed away from unknown reasons.

Kate Spade has just moved into town with her icky younger brother, Henry. Their mother, Karren White has just went through a tough divorce and thought was best if she moved away with the children from their city, to a quiet town...
