"Sometimes the one you'd take a bullet for ends up being the one behind the gun."

The young boy who climbed through literal hell to gain his place in the earldom now has a bit of a false ally.

Claire Lillinsworth, a young countess whose parents were rumoured to have died in a carriage accident, now lives on the throne of Earldom along with her younger brother and other servants. Though she is in questioning of her awry persona, characterized as lethal, twisted, independent and reckless, she is proud of her title as the Queen's loyal Moth. But as now the once loveable childhood gone dark and all left to point fingers at is a silhouetted figure obsessed with the two aristocrats, she is faced with trials of which prove that even darkness appears within the most unlikely of people, and she reveals secrets from her true heritage that had been assumed to be left in the dark.

Whether this is a pawn of the earl's or a so-called ally of the countess's, they truly did not expect to play a part in their own childish game.

But she never would have realized that the moment she met Ciel and his supernatural Butler that everything from then on would change.
