As she finishes her tough but steady college life, she gets an encounter of what life really is. Her parents leave her, as well as their life, and ends up abandoning Vana. As she struggles to figure out how it is to be alone, to be imperfect, she comes across a man. Isang lalaking manggigising sakanya sa katotohanan ng buhay, isang lalaking papahirapan siya, isang lalaking iibigin niya. 

His name is Jax. A complete delinquent who does nothing else but fails classes, smoke, drink, and be the assh*le he is. Naniniwala siyang we would all go to hell anyway, so why do boring stuff? A heartless jerk that has his own secrets and issues hidden beneath that strong facade he gives people. Hindi alam ng karamihan na his heart is weeping and waiting to be saved, heck, he didn't even know it himself!! Until he meets her.
