On a normal day, Amy found Shadow hurt in the woods after battling some robots that were under Lyric's command. They soon after became good friends and both having an emerald each, decided to embark on a mission to find the last remaining of the Chaos Emerald and stop Lyric's evil plan. Everything was going as usual until one day G.U.N's Commander was found dead and the main suspect is no other than Amy Rose. Shadow is now forced to leave his job as an G.U.N agent and help Amy prove her innocence. And along the way, Amy is starting to realize why everyone is falling head over heels in love with "The Dark Prince." But some things are just not the way they seem. However, everything changed when the famous actor, Shadow the Hedgehog, showed up to participate in the show. Just like Amy, Shadow hides a secret. He loves to read fanfiction but will never admit that out loud. Shadow one day stumbles upon Amy's fanfiction and without knowing, they develop a friendly bond over comments, likes and messages of support. On work, Shadow and Amy have a normal co-worker relationship that will never develop more than that. They fight in real life but are best-friends online. Darker and more power hungry...after failing to defeat and kill Shadow, Sonic and the rest of the gang, he Is going to make sure he gets what he wants this time, by using the power of the chaos emeralds,He infects Shadow with a rabies like disease, called Muskiomal which makes Shadow a ruthless cannabalsitic killer at nightfall. Not only does Mephiles turn Shadow into a killer hedgehog, he forces him to take out revenge on not only on on Mobians but the entire universe as well. But only Amy Rose is aware of Shadow's illness after witnessing Shadow consuming human and Mobian remains behind a restaurant dumpster. Amy vows to keep Shadow's condition a secret not only for the safety of Sonic and the gang but for the universe...but if G.U.N finds out the ultimate life form and their top agent as dangerous... it could result in him being held captive, being detained against his will and experimented on as long as possible. Despite the life threatening situation, Shadow and Amy's connection grows closer and closer which ultimately leads to them having an affair which eventually leads them to being together, much to the disdain of not only Sonic, but to the entire group, unfortunately, it later becomes a weakness which will give Mephiles a possible one up against the team Will Amy and the rest of the crew find a cure for Shadow's condition or will he forever be Mephiles' murderous puppet? The pink hedgehog named Amy Rose had always been in love with the blue hedgehog named Sonic ever since Amy first laid eyes on him when they were kids. When they're now teens Amy had finally realized that Sonic would never accept her love and be her boyfriend, which would probably never happen on the actual Sonic series. After that, her heart had fallen in yet another hedgehog named Shadow. He has a toddler bat daughter named Shannon who he adopted when he found her in a basket as only an infant. Shannon was now in training to learn how to fly which Shadow was teaching her and Amy decided that he would help her out. As they did, they started to fall in love each other. But not all couples come together that easily as a certain person would try to end that chance by trying to take Shannon from Shadow at all costs. Who is that someone.
