May is one of the smartest girls in her whole high school but she suffers from depression because of some things that happened to her in the past. She tries to pile herself with activities so that she can forget about the pain she feels but it does not work, so she decided to take on the hardest task of them all. Tutoring the football team, they hoot and holler at her while the pain she feels inside is pulling her down. But she stays Tough, she never thought that she would need anyone in her life but that changes when she meet the football captain.

Cameron is the football captain. He loves playing the sport and has made many good friends from it but he hates the stereotypes and standards that he is held to because of it.  He is supposed to go to a bunch of parties and date the prettiest girls but really he just wants to be like any other kid and have a normal high school life with a normal girl that he loves. He is assigned to supervise a group tutoring session to make sure everyone "behaves" the tutor is instantly being hollered at by the boys but she seems unfazed, until he actually looks into her eyes and see a broken girl who needs help.
