My name is Sebastian Castellanos i am a detective, I have recently been put on the case of the drug war, this is my case.
The Drug war is getting out of hand, random civilians are being shot and killed daily because they are being mistaken for gang members. Every type of drug is  being packaged  and sold in this city. If that wasn't bad enough a need drug has has surfaced on the market i've heard it's called blue balls.  I don't know much about drugs and how to make them myself but i'm fed up with the unnecessary death toll.All Rights Reserved
