The law had never been able to catch her, and the dwellers of the 'Underground' are far from shy to ask for her whenever they need to get rid of an 'eyesore'. To other normal citizen, Elvira is just another woman who owns a small cafe at the edge of the town. That cover had worked for her, and her dirty business had gone unnoticed for years.
