Shi Kitsoyoru, a hired assassin, is given the mission to assassinate the octopus Koro-Sensei. But later she finds out who he really is, discovering him to be her former teacher. Due to this fact she can't bring herself to kill him. She decides to use her brains to think of a cure, to save him and keep him from blowing up the earth by March. With amazing assassin abilities she can do just about anything in order to find, capture and kill her target. She keeps her second blade hidden from all prying eyes until one day an incident to requires her to show it early.
