Peggy Carter had a secret. A secret that was supposed to be announced to Steve, but that was before the crash. Now she is forced to raise their daughter on her own. Annabeth Steven Carter grew to be a beautiful young woman of fifteen before Hydra stole her away. Peggy was heartbroken that she was not strong enough to protect her, and Annabeth is thrown into one of Hydra's most infamous experiments. The Winter Soldier experiments. Sam is a HYDRA experiment with the training of black widow, super soldier serum of Captain America, and the already genetic material for transformation into their own version of the hulk. Sam was given to HYDRA after their birth, their parents had worked with them after all. At the age of 19 the asset known as 19-1-13 was found by SHIELD. As an emotionless shell with the mind of a soldier they learn emotions and learn to control their own generic material. How will Sam, the little boy that HYDRA raised, adapt and survive all alone as always after all he's been thru? -I dont own any Marvel official characters, I am not a huge Marvel fan so I will get things wrong but I don't care I do it my way.
