This is the daily(ish) posting of my 2017 NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) fantasy novel. Since last year worked out well, this year's attempt will also be a combination of MuseFic and proper rough draft. The Way of All Flesh by micmaelstrom

After her village is destroyed by a powerful daemon, young Naomi sets off on a journey of revenge. Along the way, she meets and befriends fellow travelers, all of whom hide a great darkness in their hearts. Together the group ventures through the kingdom of Cantien and grow slowly closer together and closer to their goal. Accomplishing the impossible, killing a daemon. This story was written for Nanowrimo 2021. It has not been edited nor beta read therefore it is most likely filled with grammar and spelling mistakes, my apologies in advance. This story is also incomplete and most likely will never be completed since I lost the document that had the plot outline on it. But if someone really wants me to finish it I will, I just don't have the time right now. The second half of this story was written after I was in a bus crash and had whiplash so... be nice

Set in Seattle, Washington, Lacey Evans just turned fifteen. Her life alone is a wreck of peace. Nothing seems to happen besides an occasional fight to break out between humans who have been dominated by light or darkness to where it has become a part of them and their abilities. Even those have gotten tiring and normal. Lacey recently recovered from a severe stab to her chest which sent her six years of hospitalization including mental recovery. She now has time to herself, too much time. Her family was rich, so being a writer, her low income doesn't matter to her survival and pleasure in the world. The Phoenices Volume 1 - Expired by NyxEridanus

This is the novel I'm writing for National Novel Writing Month, I'm planning on it being approx. 50,000 words, that's 1,667 words per day. This project might continue on into December if it gets enough reads and support, that being a big if. If it's not getting the attention I want it to get for the publishing to be a good idea, then I won't work with it anymore or waste anymore time on a dying novel. You may have noticed I have changed the title, I'm planning on making this a short series, maybe four or five books, unless I can keep coming up with a plot that won't get boring after that. As of right now, I don't even know what's going to happen on the next page. I'm planning on publishing this soon, it'll be available on Amazon when I do if anyone wants to purchase it and help a girl out. I'll post about it when it is available, keep an eye out for notifications and updates on how the editing is coming. I'm still looking for a few people to give me constructive criticism on this piece, help me edit the original maybe, I just need some help with it because I've been staring at it for way too long. A few seasons ago, I participated in NaNoWriMo with the goal of writing a story a day for the entire month of November. I was able to do this and ended up with well over 50,000 words for the month. This book ended up with around 43K words, but it is missing a few stories. I didn't want to put anything that goes with "Pearls of the Mother" in the "Illogies." Each day I sat down to write, I had a different mood or something else I was thinking about, and I let that guide my writing process. I think a couple of these may end up with follow-on stories or maybe even books of their own. I hope you enjoy these; I know I do.
