This is the daily(ish) posting of my 2017 NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) fantasy novel. Since last year worked out well, this year's attempt will also be a combination of MuseFic and proper rough draft. A few seasons ago, I participated in NaNoWriMo with the goal of writing a story a day for the entire month of November. I was able to do this and ended up with well over 50,000 words for the month. This book ended up with around 43K words, but it is missing a few stories. I didn't want to put anything that goes with "Pearls of the Mother" in the "Illogies." Each day I sat down to write, I had a different mood or something else I was thinking about, and I let that guide my writing process. I think a couple of these may end up with follow-on stories or maybe even books of their own. I hope you enjoy these; I know I do.

Nothing seems to happen besides an occasional fight to break out between humans who have been dominated by light or darkness to where it has become a part of them and their abilities. She now has time to herself, too much time. Her family was rich, so being a writer, her low income doesn't matter to her survival and pleasure in the world.
